Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation that focuses on exploring the relationship between mind, body, and breath as you flow from one posture to another seamlessly, using breathwork and dynamic movements. Increase your strength, mobility, and flexibility by syncing the breath with movement through challenging sequences that will create transformation inside and out. Suitable for all levels.
Gentle Flow is a calm, fluid flow. We move through the asanas with a sense of softness, ease, and intention, designed to connect mind, body, and soul. Gentle Flow creates awareness in the body through stillness, breathwork, and grounding poses, leaving members rejuvenated and balanced. Suitable for all levels.
Yin is a soft practice to relax and unravel the tension and stress within the body and mind. Blocks and bolsters support your body as we move deep into connective tissues and fascia to help with flexibility, mobility, and blood circulation. The stillness encourages the mind to relax and transcend into a state of meditation, leaving you feeling tranquil and restored. Suitable for all levels.
