We run a waiting list of 5 spaces for each full class. You can add yourself to the waitlist when trying to book the class and if a member cancels and a space opens up, you will be notified 12 hours in advance via email, that you have secured a spot. If the space opens up less than 12 hours before the class, our front desk will call you to notify you.

We have validated parking available for our members at both of our studios.
Before leaving, you can give your parking ticket to our front of house staff who will validate your tickets for you.

No, we do not allow phones in classes. Having your phone in class may be distracting to you, and other members of the class and we want to ensure you can be fully present and truly find the joy of exercise in the 45-minute workout, with no disruptions.

We do have livestream classes that are filmed and streamed to other studios, but these are clearly named on the schedule as ‘Livestream’ classes.
There is no need to bring your own cycle shoes. We will provide you with your shoes before the class and have enough in all sizes. Our superstar service team will assist you with this before the class starts.
