General Terms and Conditions
 
     - All transactions are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
  • - Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • - Only ticket holders can access the event.
  • - WFG reserve the right to make changes to the event.
  • - Cannot be exchanged for other services.
  • - Ticket and any associated credits must be used within expiry date and/or on the designated date only
  • - One ticket per person
  • By purchasing the “Platform Island” event you agree to the associated T&Cs:
    - Only official tickets purchased at Platform Studios reception or via the Wellness Forward Group app with an official invoice are valid.
  • - By purchasing the “Platform Island” event ticket, you agree to our FAQs and Ts&Cs associated with the event
  • - Transportation to and from the island will be via boat, leaving at 8:30am, ticket holders should arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate and may miss the event.
  • - Transportation from the island back to Jumeirah will be at 3:00 or 5:00 and you cannot change the chosen time after. 
  • - Post “Platform Island” ticket purchase, you will be issued class credits in the Wellness Forward Group app . The ticket has 2 class credits included and further credits will be issued to your app account closer to the event and communicated accordantly
  • - Pre-booking is required and participants can only book a class with the credits allocated to them. 
  • - Credits issued for this event can only be used to book classes at “Platform Island” event – any credits unused to book classes at the event will be forfeited and expired.
  • - Booking must be presented at the class check in
  • - All bookings must be made via the Wellness Forward Group app, the participants must ensure they contact Platform Studios reception to be set up correctly on the app
  • - Booking come on a first come first serve basis and spots are not guaranteed however, each participant will be able to attend at least 2 classes
  • Inability to book the class you chose does not equal to refund as you can choose from other available classes
  • - By purchasing “Platform Island” event you, the client agree that they are in good physical condition and have no medical reason, impairment or disability, that might prevent you from taking part in the event. As such, you acknowledge and agree to the assumption of the risk inherent in fitness activities and waive any liability for injury or harm caused during participation in this event. 
  • - The participants is responsible for wearing appropriate attire and footwear suited for the activities in the event.
  • - The participants agrees to follow the event rules, instructions from event staff and adhere to safety guidelines during the event
  • - The participants is responsible for providing correct personal information such as emergency contact details, health conditions.
