Chris is an extremely ambitious fitness professional on a journey to motivate and inspire people to live and achieve a healthy lifestyle through balanced regular exercise and a nutritious diet. Chris has over 6 years of experience as a personal trainer where he has trained people of all abilities, including elite professional athletes. Chris has always been passionate for sport and fitness, when he was younger he represented England at International level sport. He is also a qualified Muay Thai Boxing instructor.
