Heather started her Yoga journey 18 years ago when first stepping into the hot room, at a Bikram Yoga class, in London. After many years of running and other intense forms of exercise, she found the challenge of the yoga very surprising and intriguing. After practicing yoga for many years, Heather started teaching in 2012. She is Hatha certified (300 hours), Vinyasa certified (200 hours) and a Bikram Yoga certified teacher. She brings her passion for Yoga into every class she teaches and truly believes Yoga can benefit everyone who tries it. Whether you are a triathlete, cyclist, runner, swimmer or even someone that doesn’t currently exercise much at all, Yoga offers you the opportunity to improve your breathing, fitness, flexibility and to improve your overall quality of life. We rise by lifting others up.
