CLASS GUIDELINES

 

Bookings:
Advanced booking is required via the Wellness Forward Group application. Your membership or class package must be active and free of arrears to book classes. Bookings open every Thursday at 12 PM for a 10-day schedule. Booking may be cancelled with no penalty up to 12 hours prior to the start of class. Packages and memberships cannot be shared among clients or transferred.

First-timers:
Arrival 15 minutes before the start of class is required for first-time attendees of all programs to ensure we can show you around the facilities, set you up in the class, and address any health and safety needs.

Class entry:
Please note, you need to arrive in advance of the class where you will be marked Attended or No Show accordingly. If you have not checked in with the Service Team on time, all slots will be released at the start time of the class and given to members on Wait List or new bookings.

We observe a no late entry policy. Please arrive ahead of time to allow time to check in and prepare for the class; in exceptional cases of lateness, if there Is still available space in the class for your reservation that was not taken by a member from Wait List or new booking,  you will be allowed to enter maximum up to 5 minutes from class start time.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Penalties apply for no-shows and late cancellations; a no-show indicates not arriving or late arrival to a booked class, and a late cancellation indicates canceling a class less than 12 hours before the start time. If a booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, the class will be credited back to your personal Platform membership account to use toward future reservations. If a reservation is not canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for the class and service booked. A late cancellation fee of AED 60 and AED 75 for no-shows, including applicable taxes, will be applied to classes on limited and unlimited memberships. These charges will be billed directly to your credit card or must be settled before any new booking can be made. One (1) class will be forfeited for multiple/limited class packages that are not canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Attire:
We ask that members wear appropriate closed-toe, non-marking, rubber-soled sports shoes when participating in all classes, except for those held in the Mind Body studios.

Grip socks are required for your safety and comfort. Please bring and wear them, or you will be asked to purchase a pair from reception before your class.

Mobile Phones:
Please leave your cell phone in your locker to ensure everyone’s best class experience. No mobile phones are allowed in the class.
