Pilates

Stretch, strengthen and tone your body, primarily focusing on the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Specific exercises are taught to improve your posture and realign the body. This class is fun, energetic and challenging, paired with upbeat music to keep you motivated throughout the entire 45-minutes.
