CLIENT LIABILITY & TERMS OF SERVICE

By joining our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect your experience, our team, and the integrity of our offerings.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing a membership or class package, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted The Platform Studios’ club rules.
  • You agree to abide by all studio policies and guidelines.

 

MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES

UNLIMITED UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP

  • Non-refundable & non-transferable. Expires automatically after the term ends.
  • Access: All classes except Reformer Pilates.
  • Cancellation: Free up to 12 hours before class. Late cancel: AED 60. No-show: AED 75.
  • Freezing Policy: 7-day notice, first month free. AED 150/month thereafter (max 3 freezes/year).

UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

  • 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Access: All classes except Reformer Pilates.
  • Cancellation: Email 30-day notice required. Subject: “Cancel Membership”.
  • Billing: Monthly auto-renew. No pro-rated refunds.
  • Freezing Policy: Same as above.

MONTHLY CREDIT-BASED MEMBERSHIP (8, 16, 20, 30 credits)

  • 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Access: All classes except Reformer Pilates.
  • Credit Expiry: Credits reset monthly and do not carry over.
  • Freezing Policy: Same as above.

UNSTOPPABLE MEMBERSHIP

  • Non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Freezing: Varies by term length (1 month = non-freezable, 3/6/12 months = max 2–3 freezes/year).
  • Same cancellation, late, and no-show rules apply.

CLASS PACKAGES

  • Non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Booking: Credits valid only during the package validity.
  • Late Cancellations: Lose one credit.
  • Validity Periods:
    • 1 class: 14 days
    • 5 classes: 1 month
    • 10 classes: 2 months
    • 20 classes: 3 months
    • 40 classes: 4 months
    • 60 classes: 6 months
    • 80 classes: 7 months

 

BOOKING & ATTENDANCE POLICY

  • Booking: Via studio, phone, or Wellness Forward Group app.
  • Late Cancellation (<12 hours): AED 60.
  • No-show: AED 75.
  • Outstanding fees: Must be cleared before new bookings.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS

  • Auto-billed monthly.
  • Failed Payments: Must be cleared immediately. Booking access is paused until resolved.
  • Platform Studios reserves the right to terminate memberships for repeated failed payments.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Reformer Pilates: Only available if specifically included in your package/membership.
  • Partner Access (FitnGlam / FITCODE): Respective club rules and terms apply.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Arrive early, respect others’ space, and follow instructor guidance.
  • Your safety and enjoyment are our priority.
