A moderately paced Reformer class designed to safely teach you the fundamentals needed to perform a beginner repertoire of exercises. You will become familiar with the Reformer machine and the different ways in which it can be used while learning the proper set up, technique and transitions of each exercise. Our beginner classes are perfect for first timers, those who need a refresher, and those looking to build the balance, stability, strength and stamina required to participate in our intermediate classes. It is recommended that you complete a minimum of 10 beginner classes before booking into an intermediate class.
A dynamically paced Reformer class designed to challenge your balance, stability, strength, stamina and muscle endurance; building on the basics learned in our beginner classes. Our intermediate classes move faster as it is expected that you already know how to manage the equipment and how to perform and transition safely through the exercises. It is recommended that you complete a minimum of 10 beginner classes before booking into an intermediate class.
